What we are looking for

We are looking for motivated, knowledgeable software professionals to join us in our agile working environment in Berlin to eliminate workplace injuries (focusing on industrial and fire services) via our cloud based/IOT applications. You can help us continue to shape the future of safety technology; your code could save lives!

Our Techstack

Our techstack consists of various parts using Postgres, NodeJS (JavaScript/ECMAScript), Angular (Typescript), CSS, HTML and leverages AWS utilizing managed services such as Lambdas, IoT and more. We have a strong focus on testing and automation. We select what is best for the task and are always looking to improve and take advantage of the latest technology and methodologies. If you see a better way, let's use it!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive the quality process for multiple cross-functional teams working on web and mobile applications for the fire service
• Ensure software quality on a system level by driving for a shift left process and manage quality throughout the whole Software Development Lifecycle
• Establish best practices and metrics to drive the test strategy within group
• Create, maintain & run automated tests that enable the team to release high quality software frequently

What you bring

• Experience in managing the SDLC for an eco-system type project
• Strong knowledge in quality metrics and best practices 
• Strong knowledge regarding requirements management
• Experience with test automation setups and best practices like CI/CD for web and mobile applications
• Knowledge in agile processes like LEAN
